This course provides students with a solid introduction to customer relationship management (CRM), a comprehensive understanding of the processes that are involved, a strong understanding of the software components that are used in various CRM systems, and practical applications of CRM in a variety of industries. Because the course is geared toward students who are interested in rural management, it incorporates real-world examples that have a direct connection to modern principles of CRM.
