Human Resources for Health (HRH)

The goal of this course is to introduce students to some of the fundamental concepts and most viable methods for bolstering and expanding the health workforce. The course is organized similarly to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Global HRH Strategy: Workforce 2030, and it introduces concepts and solution-focused examples with the goal of strengthening the current health workforce and preparing for the needs of the future health workforce through on-the-ground interventions, strategic planning, data analysis, and other evidence-based initiatives.

  • The course is subject to evaluation. At the end of the course, students are to participate in the final assessment and score up to 70% to qualify for certification.
