Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Any information you include in your comment submission, including your name, email address, website, and the comment itself, becomes the property of The Learnaholics Academy and is visible on internal systems. Additionally, if a comment or reply is approved for publishing on the website, information about the author’s name and comments will be made public on the website. The Learnaholics Academy moderators have the final say on all comments. If you use The Learnaholics Academy (the website), “You agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you and The Learnaholics Academy (“TLA” “us” or “we”), The Learnaholics Academy mobile sites and applications, and any of the features of these sites, including but not limited to RSS, API, software, and other downloads (collectively, “the Services”). TLA retains the right to reject or remove any content that does not comply with our user generated content policy from its website
Terms and Conditions for User-Generated Content
Any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal information; any comment perceived to contain any of the foregoing must not be uploaded to, distributed, or otherwise published on any TLA website (“Services”). We have taken commercially reasonable efforts to protect the information we collect about you to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and assure its appropriate use. However, no technique of Internet transmission or method of computer storage is completely safe.
Youngsters (under age 17)
Before transmitting any information about oneself to us or to anybody else online or over the Internet, anyone under the age of 17 must ask and receive permission from their parents or guardians. Parents or guardians of children under the age of 17 must send us an email approving their child’s participation in any of the services/resources on our websites that require personal information collecting.

Policy Regarding Refunds Fees and Other Charges
You acknowledge that by enrolling in the course, you are committing to pay the course fees, as well as any applicable surcharges, for the course using the method of payment that you have selected in accordance with the course Enrolment Agreement.
Even if you drop out of school before the end of the semester, you are still responsible for paying the total sum of the course fees.
Depending on the path of study that the student choose to pursue, the student fees will contain the appropriate e-learning tools. These may include online interactive resources, online PDFs, or workbooks.
Instalment
Payment are allowed in instalment. However, it is compulsory that you make 50% or more initial deposited. You will be able to access the course content on full payment.
Refund Policy
In the event that you, the student, choose to cancel during the first seven days of the money-back guarantee period, please be aware that there is a 3.5% charges (to cover the processing expenses and set up fees that we incur) will be deducted from your refund depending on your location (Please, read our payment policy for further details).
In the event that you feel unsatisfied with the course content you paid for or you wish to take another course rather than the one you are enrolled for, you can request a money-back from your student dashboard.
If your learning progress has reached up to 50%, your refund will not be considered. You are not permitted to change your payment method when you want to do a refund. For example, if you enrolled using bank transfer, it is not acceptable to get your money back using crypto-currency.
Refund is not applicable to deposits (whether completed or uncompleted deposits). Only one-off payment will be considered for refund.
Depending on your location, refund may take 3-7 working days. Refund will not be considered if it exceed 7 days of payment. You are automatically enrolled upon payment. Further assistant will be available via refund@thelearnaholicsacademy.org
Modifications to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any moment. This page will be updated with any changes. This policy went into effect on July 20, 2017.
