Professionals in the fields of fisheries and wildlife (F&W) are tasked with the responsibility of conserving, protecting, regulating, and managing the fish and wildlife resources of our country. Their management practices are required to accommodate both non-consumptive uses and consumptive uses, such as hunting and fishing (bird watching, non-game species enhancement, threatened and endangered species protection, conservation biology, zoo management, and others).
