The Women in Leadership course came at the opportune time. After the vast skills I have acquired from the course, I right away know that I am a leader by nature. I brace myself to use the skills to make the community a better place multidimensionally as I bear many hats. Among the outstanding lessons include the 10 Cs of leadership, embracing leadership without a gender perspective, embracing sisterhood (she for a she), overcoming the imposter syndrome, acknowledging our success, and belonging in the C-suites with no regret. I wake up everyday with the notion that "you do not need to be a politician to serve your Nation". See you in the C-Suite fellow women; you are strong, you are beautiful, and you are powerful!
It has been agreat journey. I am blessed to be part of this great Forum. I have learnt a lot from the lessons provided. I have gained more on leadership characters and traits that i am supposed to portray as a leader.
I want to thank the Learnerholics Academy for reaching out to young African Women Leaders.

I am very greatful for this opportunity and am glad to say it came as a great eye opener to me. I have learned a lot that I initially didn't know or take much consideration of. I plan to put all that I've learned into practise as I scale the ladder of leadership as a woman. Thank you and may God bless you to continue imparting this kind of knowledge to more women.
I am so grateful to be part of this program. It was so educative and interesting. I learnt so many things that I have been able to put to practice today and I feel proud of myself and most importantly privileged to be chosen to participate in this course. It was an amazing period and I don't regret it one bit. Thank you TLA for the opportunity.
I run out of words to tell my gratitude to TLA Africa for initiating the Women In Leadership Program. Through this program, I have got lots of answers to questions I was asking myself about leadership. I have learnt many strategies that I have already started applying to become an effective leader. It has been a wonderful experience full of fun and lessons. I hope this program will reach many more women in Africa.
For the cause of this program, I have been able to understand, experiment ideas, share amazing experiences with my colleagues from almost all the parts of Africa; how much of a difference the leadership of a woman is to herself, her family, her society, and her World. I also learnt how much of an importance my dreams and aspirations are and how much of a difference I can be if I take care of the "bedroom and the boardroom" because I know as a woman, I can handle anything because I am strong, black, intelligent, compassionate, horizontal, cheerful, bold African Lady. Thank-you
